Does it cost to return the goods?
Yes, the customer pays all return costs. Lovely of Sweden, however stands for the shipping of replacement of the size desired when the new product after being sent to the customer.
How do I return / exchange of size?
- Fill out the return form (if you wish to change the product, size or your money back).
- Add the return form in the package you send your goods.
- Once your return have received by us, will it be treated.
Once we have received your return and controlled it we will refunded your money. This may take 2-5 business days from the day we received your return.
